These purchase terms describe the general conditions for buying kitchen essentials from merrivan.com.
01. Store Operator
merrivan™ is operated by Shenzhen Yixiaobu Trading Co., Ltd.. By purchasing, you agree to the transaction terms applicable to your order, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
02. Eligibility and Accurate Details
You must have the legal capacity to purchase under the laws applicable to you, or appropriate parent or guardian involvement where required. Provide correct checkout and delivery information.
03. Product Information
We aim to keep prices, photos, availability, materials, dimensions, capacity and included components accurate. Product appearances may vary with lighting and normal materials. Refer to the product listing for the exact specifications rather than assuming props in lifestyle photographs are included.
04. Product Use and Safety
Review and follow each item’s instructions before use. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, direct-heat and food-contact suitability depend on the specific product. Do not use damaged ceramics or glassware where unsafe, and keep small components away from children where relevant.
05. Pricing and Currency
Prices generally appear in USD unless the checkout expressly displays another currency. Any applicable shipping, taxes and discounts are presented at checkout. Pricing and promotions may change subject to applicable rules for accepted orders.
06. Orders and Acceptance
An order submission is a request to purchase, subject to payment verification, inventory and shipping availability. An order may be reviewed or cancelled for payment failure, unavailable inventory, significant listing errors, suspected fraud or legal restrictions. Amounts collected for a cancelled order will be refunded where applicable.
07. Payment
Choose from payment methods actually presented at checkout. The relevant provider may request verification. You must have authorization to use the selected method. See Payment & Security for general information.
08. Processing and Delivery
Our published Shipping Policy states standard processing of 2–4 business days, a $5.99 flat shipping charge unless another checkout offer applies, and destination-dependent transit estimates. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees; review the full Shipping Policy before purchasing.
09. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund arrangements are described in the Return & Refund Policy. Contact Customer Care and receive instructions before sending an item. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Order Changes
Contact us promptly to request a modification or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment or shipment begins.
11. Intellectual Property
Branding, site photographs, graphics and written content may be protected by law. You must not commercially reuse protected materials without the appropriate permission except where law permits. Rights of third parties remain with their owners.
12. Third-Party Services
Our store may rely on hosting, checkout, payment, fulfillment and delivery providers. Those providers may apply their own terms to their services.
13. Legal Rights and Disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be restricted. Where concerns arise, please email Customer Care with the order number. These terms are interpreted subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer jurisdictional protections.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms for operational or legal reasons. The version posted on the site applies subject to applicable law, including any rights attached to orders already accepted.
