01. Order Processing

Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for normal order preparation after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions or other busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

02. Estimated Shipping Transit

• United States: 10–15 business days after dispatch.
• Canada, United Kingdom and Australia: 11–16 business days after dispatch.
• Other international destinations: 15–20 business days after dispatch.

Transit estimates exclude processing and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs review, carrier disruption, weather, holidays and address issues may affect delivery.

03. Shipping Charges & Destinations

The standard published shipping fee is $5.99 per order unless a different offer appears at checkout. The applicable charge and available destinations are shown before payment. Order fulfillment may take place through our own or partner facilities; the registered company address is not necessarily the dispatch location.

04. Tracking Your Parcel

Tracking information is generally sent to the checkout email once available. The carrier may need approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch to show its first tracking movement.

05. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, VAT, brokerage costs or other destination-country charges. When shipping terms place import charges on the recipient, the customer is responsible unless checkout states otherwise, subject to applicable disclosure requirements.

06. Address Changes and Cancellations

Please verify delivery details before checkout. If you notice an error or wish to cancel, email service@merrivan.com promptly. A change cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins. Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect customer-provided information may apply depending on circumstances and applicable law.

07. Delayed, Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If an order is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not found, or damaged, contact Customer Care with your order and tracking details where available. For visible damage, reporting promptly—preferably within 72 hours—can help investigation but is not an automatic cutoff for assistance. Keep the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed.

08. Refunds Related to Shipping

When a refund is approved, it is generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval; your provider may require additional posting time. Applicable legal rights take precedence.
